A judge ruled Friday that the Browns failed to show that Simpson would be...\u003c/span\u003e\n\u003cspan class='full-description hide'\u003eEnglish/Nat\u003cbr/\u003eO-J Simpson has won full custody of his two young children, after a long and bitter custody battle between Simpson and the parents of Nicole Brown. \u003cbr/\u003eA judge ruled Friday that the Browns failed to show that Simpson would be harmful to the children's well being. \u003cbr/\u003eA lawyer for the Brown family says the judge found in Simpson's favour without considering any evidence in the killing of the children's mother, Nicole Brown.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd the Brown's lawyer says they may appeal the decision.\u003cbr/\u003eIn her ruling Friday, Judge Nancy Weiben Stock said the relationship between O-J Simpson and his children \"appears to be strong, positive, and healthy, with powerful psychological bonding.\"\u003cbr/\u003eAnd it's that bond which she ruled must continue with full custody of the father. \u003cbr/\u003eIt was unclear when - or if - the children would be handed over to Simpson as the judge's order provided no time line. \u003cbr/\u003eSimpson's daughter Sydney, 11, and son Justin, 8, went to stay with their grandparents when Simpson was arrested in 1994 and charged with murdering their mother, Nicole, and Ronald Goldman.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Browns agreed at the time that Simpson could file to regain custody if he was cleared and released from jail.\u003cbr/\u003eA former lawyer for the Brown's says Simpson's history of wife abuse should have been a deciding factor in the custody case. \u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE:  (English): \u003cbr/\u003e\"Why should custody have been changed now to someone who is accused of the wrongful death of the children's mother. Whether or not Mister Simpson is found by a jury to have murdered Nicole, the fact that he is a convicted wife batterer means that he may present a risk of harm to these children.
