a rural area of the eastern province of Punjab.\u003cbr/\u003ePakistan's interior minister said the cause of the derailment was under investigation.\u003cbr/\u003eArshad Kathhak, a divisional engineer with Pakistan Railways, said the first priority was relief operations.\u003cbr/\u003eAn intelligence official said the track was damaged before the train passed, causing the accident. \u003cbr/\u003eThe official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to talk to the press, would not say how the track was damaged.\u003cbr/\u003ePakistan army spokesman
