There were some flags and warning signs that went up in this case that I'm very concerned about. I want to talk to the Boston police chief tomorrow about whether he knew whether these two individuals before the bombing, whether he knew about the foreign intelligence coming in from Russia, in terms of threat information. Whether he knew about his travels, the older brother, to the Chechen region and coming back, because, I think had he been on the radar I think they could have seen on his website that he was clearly radicalized at that point.\"\u003cbr/\u003e3. From what I understand the FBI did not receive that information. I give them the benefit of the doubt into their investigation into the older brother. But once it was flagged that he was travelling back (to Chechnya), I think that would warrant additional attention.
