(Nov. 28) \u003cbr/\u003e [Notes:ANCHOR VOICE]  \u003cbr/\u003e(Notes:Dems after Saturday vote) \u003cbr/\u003eDemocrats claimed victory Saturday when they secured the 60 Senate votes they needed to advance the debate on health care reform. \u003cbr/\u003e(Notes:Obama) \u003cbr/\u003eBut as that debate gets underway, Democrats find themselves still facing plenty of hurdles as they try to deliver President Barack Obama a win on his top domestic priority. \u003cbr/\u003eA victory rests in the hands of just a few key players. \u003cbr/\u003e(Notes:Harry Reid graphic) \u003cbr/\u003eChief among them, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. \u003cbr/\u003eIt's Reid's job to craft a bill that can get the support of 60 senators. \u003cbr/\u003eGiven the Democrats majority in the Senate, that should be an easy task, right? \u003cbr/\u003eThink again. \u003cbr/\u003e(Notes:Triple box graphic) \u003cbr/\u003eAt least three centrist Democrats _ Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu, Nebraska's Ben Nelson, and Arkansas' Blanche Lincoln _ have made it clear that the bill needs big changes before they're willing to support it.\u003cbr/\u003eSen.
