Various elephant playing gong\u003cbr/\u003eElephants at a conservation centre in Thailand have been putting their musical talents to good use by producing their very own CD.\u003cbr/\u003eThe pachyderms at the centre in Lampang province recently got together to make the recording, which workers hope will publicise the centre and its work to protect elephants.\u003cbr/\u003eThe youngest elephant taking part in the musical extravaganza was just four years old, while the oldest was 19. The elephants recorded 18 songs, from techno to country and western, as well as a symphony by Beethoven and traditional Thai music.\u003cbr/\u003eAbout 70 local schoolchildren made up the human element of the orchestra and helped the elephants to keep to the beat.\u003cbr/\u003eThis is the second CD that elephants at the conservation centre have made - the first was entitled Thailand Pachyderm Paganini.\u003cbr/\u003eThis second offering will come out at the end of October, with 20-thousand C-Ds due to be released in America, as well as
