Various of car carrying the Fosters driving away\u003cbr/\u003eThe parents of murdered British teenager Hannah Foster visited Tihar jail in New Delhi Thursday to deliver a letter to suspect Maninder Pal Singh Kohli being held there.\u003cbr/\u003eHilary Foster, Hannah's mother, said the letter was an appeal to Kohli to stop opposing the extradition proceedings.\u003cbr/\u003e\"It's no way an angry letter. It's no hate, no anger. It's just my feelings,\" she said, adding, \"If he is innocent, he needs to clear his name and the only way he can do that is to stop fighting the extradition.\"  \u003cbr/\u003eThe parents were told by jail authorities to post the letter by ordinary mail since they were unable to accept it by hand.\u003cbr/\u003eThe Fosters arrived in New Delhi on Monday to seek the intervention of President APJ Abdul Kalam and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to expedite Kohli's extradition to face trial in Britain.\u003cbr/\u003eThe extradition process has already gone on for 18 months in India's desperately overburdened legal system in which lengthy delays - sometimes lasting many years - are common.\u003cbr/\u003eSeventeen-year-old Hannah Foster, was abducted near her home in Portswood, Southampton, on March 14, 2003.\u003cbr/\u003eHer body was found two days later and a post-mortem revealed she had been raped and strangled.\u003cbr/\u003eManinder Pal Singh Kohli, an Indian citizen then living in Britain, fled to India shortly after he was identified by British police as the prime suspect. \u003cbr/\u003eHe was arrested in India in
