(Nov. 9)\u003cbr/\u003e [Notes:ANCHOR VOICE]  \u003cbr/\u003e     Aid trucks roll into a camp near Goma, where -- amid shortages of food and water -- there's a new problem for relief workers: an outbreak of cholera.\u003cbr/\u003e     Hundreds line up, desperate for help. \u003cbr/\u003eSOT : Dr. Abdullah Togolah, ICRC Economic Security Delegate:  \"Today the ICRC is distributing food rations to four-thousand families, 20-thousand persons. And we've begun the process since four days and we intend to feed 65-thousand persons in one week.\"\u003cbr/\u003e  Medics say shortages of water and latrines were making the outbreak \"especially dangerous.\"\u003cbr/\u003e  In a tented clinic, nurses put patients on IV drips. \u003cbr/\u003eSOT: Megan Hunter, MSF doctor: \"We received 22 cases on Friday, another 10 cases yesterday and we've had another 15 cases come in overnight, all of suspected cholera.\"\u003cbr/\u003e  With treatment, patients can recover from cholera quickly. \u003cbr/\u003e  But aid workers are concerned that new fighting between Congo government and rebel forces could scatter infected patients - and launch an epidemic.\u003cbr/\u003e   The disease can spread with just a simple handshake.\u003cbr/\u003e     Roughly a quarter-million people have been forced from their homes since fighting broke out in late August. \u003cbr/\u003e1.
