And he again criticised the U-N Security Council for failing to end the embargo that was placed on Iraq after its 1990 invasion of Kuwait.\u003cbr/\u003eOn the eve of Aziz's visit Ivanov had hosted chief U-N weapons inspector Richard Butler in Moscow.
