market.\u003cbr/\u003eIran ruled out on Tuesday an immediate response to an international offer of incentives to suspend suspected nuclear activity, saying the package contains too many \"ambiguities.\"\u003cbr/\u003eAli Larijani, Tehran's top nuclear negotiator, said after meeting with the European Union's Javier Solana that the \"ambiguities\" must first be removed  in order to have serious talks.\u003cbr/\u003eHis comments dampened hopes that Tehran might give early notice on whether it will meet a Wednesday deadline and accept the international offer.\u003cbr/\u003e\"It
