The job obviously is very physically  strenuous. We are aware that men from a physical point of view would be able to handle  a chainsaw better and be able to carry more weight physically. But they don't relate to  it in a mental capacity which the ladies can. What I am saying by that is the group  dynamics inside a group, women relate better to each other. The group dynamics in a  group of team building, they bond much quicker, they relate to the work in a more  mental capacity than a physical
