They love each other and they're a very close family.\"\u003cbr/\u003eQ: \"Is he doing OK?\"\u003cbr/\u003eA: \"He's doing fine.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Stephen Jones, Timothy McVeigh's Attorney \u003cbr/\u003eThe day before, defence attorneys tried to explain to jurors the rage McVeigh felt over  the government's actions in the 1993 siege at the Branch Davidian compound near  Waco, Texas.\u003cbr/\u003eWitnesses testified that McVeigh believed that federal agents were responsible for the  deaths of unarmed civilians and innocent children.\u003cbr/\u003eHis attorneys played a tape McVeigh had made about the Waco siege, revealing how  the incident continued to burn inside of him.\u003cbr/\u003eThat tactic followed the same theory offered by the prosecution.\u003cbr/\u003eBut defence attorneys insisted their method was not an admission of guilt.\u003cbr/\u003eA public opinion poll released on Wednesday found that 64 percent of Americans  believed McVeigh deserved the death penalty.\u003cbr/\u003eBut as the jury gets closer to handing down its decision, the families of bombing victims  remain divided on McVeigh's fate.\u003cbr/\u003eCharles Tomlin, who lost his son in the blast, said McVeigh had used up his time on  Earth.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I want him to be put to death.
