He received the annual International Emmys' Founder Award. \u003cbr/\u003e\"It's really exciting because it's such a coveted award,\" Frost said. \"It really has a whole list of people - Steven Spielberg and Oprah Winfrey and others - that it's a real honour. Matthew Rhys, who stars in ABC's 'Brothers and Sisters,' presented the Comedy award. \u003cbr/\u003eHe explained why so many Brits are turning up on U.S. television. \u003cbr/\u003e\"It's a number of things.
