Bedroom 318 shot of picture of Paul McCartney pulling out to show room\u003cbr/\u003eLiverpool is famous across the world as the home city of 'The Beatles'.  \u003cbr/\u003eNow the city is celebrating its culture past and present as the 'European Capital City of Culture'.   \u003cbr/\u003eHoping to cash in on the city's most famous sons is the new 'Hard Day's Night ' hotel, located in the 'Beatles quarter' near to where the famous 'Cavern Club' used to be. \u003cbr/\u003eThe Beatles are Liverpool's most famous export.   \u003cbr/\u003eJohn Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr formed the four man pop music group who took youth culture by storm in the sixties.  \u003cbr/\u003eFrom their humble beginnings in the city's nightclubs, to their record breaking tour of the United States in 1964, they created classic songs that helped define a generation. \u003cbr/\u003eNow 'Liverpool 2008' hopes to attract people to the city to celebrate its links with the Beatles and Liverpool's other cultural highlights.\u003cbr/\u003eA new 4-star Beatles-themed hotel is set to open later today (1st February 2008).  \u003cbr/\u003eIt is situated in the heart of the Cavern Quarter in Liverpool. \u003cbr/\u003eEach of the 110 rooms will tell a different part of the Beatles story, and will include individually decorated rooms with paintings created by renowned Beatles artist, Shannon. \u003cbr/\u003eOther features will include a Beatles information centre, themed bars and restaurants.\u003cbr/\u003eThe concept of a Beatles themed hotel in Liverpool was first discussed amongst Beatles enthusiasts in the city in the late 1980's. \u003cbr/\u003eThe choice of a suitable location and the finance to make the vision a reality only came together in 2004 when plans were finalised to convert one of Liverpool's classic city centre buildings into a luxurious 4 star hotel.\u003cbr/\u003eFrom an early stage the objective was to create an unique environment that offered high quality hotel facilities with an exciting and interesting 'twist'. \u003cbr/\u003eGeneral Manager of the hotel, Mike Dewy, explains the concept of the hotel and its uniqueness.\u003cbr/\u003eThemed around the history of the Beatles, the Hard Days Night Hotel features original artifacts from the band along with new artwork chosen to pay homage to the men, their music, and the impact they made upon the world. \u003cbr/\u003eThe Beatles hotel will contain 110 guest bedrooms, boasting amenities such as flatscreen televisions and wi-fi. \u003cbr/\u003eThere are two larger suites honouring the band's singer-songwriters. \u003cbr/\u003eThe John Lennon suite features a white piano;
