Let me just say that I have enjoyed a very good, strong and effective relationship with Minister Hashimoto. We have become friends as well as colleagues. We've not always agreed on every matter which is a matter of public record but we have worked together very well. Of the 20 agreements that have been reached between Japan and the United States over the past 36 months eight have been reached under his administration at MITI. And so you can see he has been exceedingly effective at what he has done, both countries have been the better for it and so I'll look forward to continuing to work with him in whatever capacity he might hold in a new Japanese government.\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Mickey Kantor, US Trade Representative\u003cbr/\u003eKantor's new Trade Enforcement Office will police all agreements so far made between the U-S and its trade partners around the world.
