Why? Mainly because we're given a quantity of flour which is 350 grammes, but that's very irregularly - sometimes we have 350 grammes, sometimes 175 grammes, sometimes 162 grammes and this over fourteen days.  And then we have a problem with the oil. We're witnessing a declining of resources so I am calling for  the international community, I'm sorry to say, to come to their senses.
