She represents Charlie Bothuell (BAWTH'-uhl) IV.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Charges have not been filed. So, we're waiting just like the rest of the world to see what happens,\" she said\u003cbr/\u003eHe and stepmother Monique Dillard-Bothuell are seeking custody and a jury trial, while authorities are still investigating.\u003cbr/\u003eBothuell and Dillard-Bothuell are accused of abusing Charlie Bothuell V. Thursday's hearing was about their rights to two other children, ages 4 and 11 months, as well as the father's rights to Charlie.\u003cbr/\u003e\"They want to get to the bottom of this as much as everybody else. There's been a lot of allegations,\" said Mark Magidson, the Bothuell's laywer. \"They want to find out the truth.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe boy was reported missing in June before police found him after an 11-day search.
