People receiving rice\u003cbr/\u003ePakistani Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali spoke out about the peace process with India as he inaugurated one of Pakistan's biggest Sufi Islam festivals on Sunday.\u003cbr/\u003eJamali was speaking at the celebration, which occurs annually in May, when tens of thousands of Pakistanis gather at a shrine on the outskirts of the capital, Islamabad.\u003cbr/\u003eThe pilgrims come to show their respects on the anniversary of the death of the 17th-century Sufi mystic Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Kazmi, popularly known as Bari Imam.\u003cbr/\u003eThe \"Urs\" festival goes on day and night for five-days, with Pakistanis from across the country and from all faiths commemorating Bari Imam with meditation, prayer, song and dance.\u003cbr/\u003eSufism is a branch of Islam with a strong mystical dimension. \u003cbr/\u003eJamali used the occasion to comment on the change of government in India. \u003cbr/\u003eHe said he was confident that the peace process between the South Asian neighbours would continue, despite a postponement to imminent talks between the two sides on nuclear confidence building measures.\u003cbr/\u003eThe talks had been due to take place in the Indian capital New Delhi on Tuesday.\u003cbr/\u003eIndia sought the postponement because the new foreign minister, K. Natwar Singh, had not yet assumed office.\u003cbr/\u003eOn Monday, Pakistan's Foreign Ministry spokesman Masood Khan said the timetable for talks would not be affected by the postponement of this
