Murrah Federal Building in the heart of Oklahoma City  and it shook the world.\u003cbr/\u003eAt two minutes past nine (local time) a huge truck bomb tore through the block and the  fabric of American society.\u003cbr/\u003eFor Americans -  unfamiliar with terrorist acts on their own soil - it was hard to accept  that such a violent and devastating bomb attack could have happened.\u003cbr/\u003eOne hundred and sixty-eight people were killed in the blast on April 19th, 1995 - many  of them young children at a crèche in the building.\u003cbr/\u003eTwo years later and the skeleton of the building left from the blast has now been razed  to the ground.\u003cbr/\u003eThis fence surrounds the site where the nine-storey building once stood.\u003cbr/\u003eIt has become a memorial to the victims, a place where friends and family still come  every day to lay wreaths and mementoes.\u003cbr/\u003eFor some, the site of the blast is a place to remember loved ones.\u003cbr/\u003eFor others, it's a place to mourn the tragedy.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE: (English)\u003cbr/\u003e\"Everybody lost up there that day. Everybody in Oklahoma City lost that day,  regardless of if they knew anybody up there or not.
