Caller: I question whether he can get a fair trial...  \u003cbr/\u003eThe Oklahoma City bombing case is raising new questions about fair trials in highly publicised cases.\u003cbr/\u003eAlready, legal experts say they doubt that any jury in Oklahoma could be impartial in the case against suspect Timothy McVeigh \u003cbr/\u003eEven McVeigh's court-appointed attorneys want off the case.\u003cbr/\u003eDefence attorney John Coyle lost a friend in the bombing and his office was damaged by the blast. \u003cbr/\u003eHe says he doubts he could give the defence 100 percent.\u003cbr/\u003eCoyle also says the trial should be moved out of Oklahoma.\u003cbr/\u003eThese local folks have mixed opinions.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I think that so many of us here in Oklahoma - if we didn't lose someone directly in this tragedy - we know someone, it's asking a lot of the people of Oklahoma City to try and give him a fair trial.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Connie Ropez\u003cbr/\u003e\"I think he will be able to get a fair trial. I think most people - when they go through the process of selecting a jury - they'll be able to select those people that they feel like will be impartial.
