I've never been part of criminal activity,\" Malema told the crowd, as police in riot gear stood by, monitoring the scene.\u003cbr/\u003eMalema said he was told he would face charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering, but once in court on Wednesday was told he'd only be charged on one count of money laundering. \u003cbr/\u003eThe crowd cheered when he said the charge is not serious. \u003cbr/\u003eMalema used his speech outside the court to lash out at President Jacob Zuma.\u003cbr/\u003e\"You must make sure that Jacob Zuma does not become the president of the ANC,\" Malema said Wednesday, speaking of Zuma's bid to be re-elected the party president later this year. \u003cbr/\u003e\"The following day when we remove him as a president, the day after we charge him for corruption.
