(Sept. 9)\u003cbr/\u003e[Notes:ANCHOR VOICE]  \u003cbr/\u003eAn Illinois judge has ruled a 6-year-old boy whose mother is accused of hiding him in a crawl space for nearly two years will remain in state custody and receive counseling for now.\u003cbr/\u003eRichard Chekevdia's mother, Shannon Wilfong, has been denied any access to her son. She was found hiding with the boy in the crawl space at his grandmother's southern Illinois home last week.\u003cbr/\u003eAfter today's hearing she had this to say.\u003cbr/\u003eSOT Wilfong That I love my little boy and I know the truth is going to prevail.\u003cbr/\u003eThe judge denied a request from father Michael Chekevdia for temporary custody. Ruling instead that the boy needs counseling before being reunited with his dad.\u003cbr/\u003eSOT Chekevdia My boy is the most important thing here and getting him fixed...I'm okay with it.\u003cbr/\u003eWilfong vanished with the boy in November of 2007. The boy's grandmother, Diane Dobbs, insists Wilfong had no other option to protect the boy but to flee with him.  A state police agent testified that the boy appeared very pale when he was found in the 5 by 12 foot space. A state child welfare official says there's no evidence of any abuse by his father.\u003cbr/\u003eChekevdia says he will only meet his son when the state's child welfare department says it's
