Every director works differently.  That's why I'm so tired.  Because I would go, 'alright, shooting, roll camera, action!'  and then I start acting. I can only display them at the restaurants.  I also love Batman.  So all these big toys I collect, I can only put them in restaurants. Chou at his restaurant\u003cbr/\u003e2013 is set to be a busy year for Jay Chou.  \u003cbr/\u003eHe's currently promoting his 12th studio album, \"Opus 12,\" finishing up post production for his new film \"Roof Top,\" planning a world tour in May, and releasing \"Roof Top\" in June.  \u003cbr/\u003eThe pop star, actor and director says it can be \"tiring,\" but admits that he's a bit of a control freak. \u003cbr/\u003eIn 2007, Chou's first directorial debut \"Secret\" was a surprise hit.  It achieved box office success across Asia.  It was a film that Chou wrote, directed, starred in and made the music for.  It showcased his multiple talents and this year, Chou is trying to replicate the success, with new musical film, \"Roof Top.\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"Roof Top\" is about a group of young people who live on the roof top of a building in a fictitious time and place. \u003cbr/\u003eChou said that the roof top is like a utopia for the people in the neighborhood, because they sing and dance, and listen to music before they go to bed.  The story begins there, and unfolds as the male lead, played by Chou, meets the girl of his dream.  \u003cbr/\u003eChou describes \"Roof Top\" as a movie with a little bit of everything, \"there are elements of martial arts, Kung Fu, action, car chases, romance and musical. I want to do it all.\"\u003cbr/\u003eBorn and raised in Taiwan, 34-year-old Chou exploded on to the Mandarin pop music scene in 2000 with his debut album, \"Jay\".  \u003cbr/\u003eSince then, he's released a a hit album every year.  He also branched out to film and television in recent years.  \u003cbr/\u003eChou rose to international stardom when he played the role of \"Kato\" in 2011 film \"The Green Hornet,\" opposite Seth Rogen.  \u003cbr/\u003eIn his hometown Taipei, Chou is also known as somewhat of an entrepreneur.  He partnered up with friends and opened up 4 restaurants.  \u003cbr/\u003eChou reveals that one of the reasons for opening up more eateries is to accommodate his growing collection of memorabilia.  \u003cbr/\u003e\"I am very nostalgic.
