US President George W. \u003cbr/\u003eBush also dropped in briefly during Krishna's meeting at the White House with US National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice.\u003cbr/\u003eSpeaking at a press conference on Tuesday, the Indian deputy PM told reporters that America had recognised what he called India's \"role as a bigger part\".\u003cbr/\u003eKrishna said that India wanted a dialogue with Pakistan to discuss the issues surrounding Kashmir, but stressed that before talks start \"infiltration must end and the infrastructure of terrorism must be dismantled\".\u003cbr/\u003eNew Delhi claims Pakistan allows militants to set up camps in its portion of Kashmir and sneak across the frontier to attack Indian targets.\u003cbr/\u003eIndia further accuses Pakistan of supporting Islamic
