the Mexican city of Guadalajara for the past three years.\u003cbr/\u003eWith the support of the University of Guadalajara it now attracts puppet shows and audiences from around the world.\u003cbr/\u003eThis show is called \"visual poems\" and is being performed by a puppet group from Spain. \u003cbr/\u003eAccording to festival director Miguel Gutierrez \"Puppets Feast\" will just get bigger.\u003cbr/\u003eIrma Borges is a Venezulean puppeteer who performs with \"visual poems\".\u003cbr/\u003eShe says it great to see international puppet shows.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Recycled Ubu King\" is a puppet show put on by a Mexican puppet group.\u003cbr/\u003eThey make all their puppets out of recycled materials.\u003cbr/\u003eLorenzo Portillo from the show says puppets are good because they communicate to everyone.\u003cbr/\u003eHe adds the festival is a great thing for the city of Guadalajara.\u003cbr/\u003eHere \"Delta Teatro\" are getting ready for their show \"El Angel De la Voz Dura\".\u003cbr/\u003eThe shows in the festival all have different ways of telling stories with puppets.\u003cbr/\u003eMuch of the audience is children but the shows are for adults and children alike.\u003cbr/\u003eOne show-goer Nestor Corona says he is amazed the festival has been running for three years.\u003cbr/\u003eTheatre sans Fil have brought their show \"Crown of Destiny\" all the way from Canada.\u003cbr/\u003eDirector of Theatre sans Fil Andre Viens says watching a variety of shows from different countries gives him new material to think about.\u003cbr/\u003eAnd children from the audience agree.\u003cbr/\u003eMelissa Nungaray says she loves the shows, while Carlos Sedano says he likes the way the shows involve the audience.\u003cbr/\u003eBut it not just about audiences watching puppet shows.\u003cbr/\u003eThe festival also features workshops and conferences with puppeteers from different parts of Mexico and the world.\u003cbr/\u003eGerman puppet group Altegro are putting on their show called \"Carusso and Other Stories\".\u003cbr/\u003eDirector from Altegro group Viktor Kucera says the Guadalajara festival is now one of the biggest in the
