but say it's too early to say what Clinton's move might be.\u003cbr/\u003ePresident Clinton on Sunday returned to a capital still distracted by independent counsel Kenneth Starr's investigation of his relationship with Monica Lewinsky.\u003cbr/\u003eBut the president appeared worry-free as he and his wife arrived back at the White House after a weekend of fund-raising parties in the Hamptons of Long Island, \u003cbr/\u003eGrand jury testimony by Clinton and Lewinsky will be the highlight of Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's exhaustive investigation into the White House sex scandal. \u003cbr/\u003eBoth are to give testimony to the grand jury about the case in the coming weeks - Clinton will do so by closed-circuit television. \u003cbr/\u003eThat will then clear the way for Starr to hand over his report on the Lewinsky case, and other investigations concerning Clinton, to the House Judiciary Committee.\u003cbr/\u003eIt will then decide whether to pursue the president's impeachment with the full House of Representatives.\u003cbr/\u003eLeading the push for impeachment charges against Clinton is Republican Congressman Robert Barr -
