According to Argentinian law, by 2010 all gasoline and diesel must have at least five percent biofuel or ethanol in its composition.\u003cbr/\u003eIn his last visit to Argentina in April, Brazilian president Luis inacio Lula da Silva brought up the issue of joint projects to develop biofuel.\u003cbr/\u003eUntil now Kirchner maintained that biofuels were part of his agenda but will only be introduced after a thorough evaluation of its impact on food production.\u003cbr/\u003eIn Havana on Thursday Castro wrote another editorial in the state run Granma newspaper, calling the process of turning food into biofuel a \"monstrous act.\"\u003cbr/\u003eCastro's articles come after President George W.
