'Rock the Paint'  \u003cbr/\u003eBorn out of tragedy, this year's Tribeca Film Festival is truly about happy endings.  \u003cbr/\u003eOscar Award winning actor Robert De Niro and his business partner Jane Rosenthal founded the Tribeca Film Festival in the months following the attacks on New York's World Trade Center on September 11 2001 (9/11).  \u003cbr/\u003eTheir goal was to try and uplift the spirit of the lower Manhattan neighbourhood (Tribeca) where the attacks occurred.\u003cbr/\u003eDe Niro and Rosenthal also wanted to help revitalise the economy.  The pair did just that.  Over the past three festivals, one million visitors have pumped in $150 million dollars into the Tribeca area.  \u003cbr/\u003eThe festival is a showcase for independent films from filmmakers from all over the world.  This year's festival features 250 films from filmmakers in 44 different countries.  \u003cbr/\u003eThe festivities kicked off on April 19th and end on April 30th.  \u003cbr/\u003eRosenthal says she never imagined the festival would grow into such a huge event.  \u003cbr/\u003eProducer, director and actor Griffin Dunne ('An American Werewolf in London') is thrilled about the success of Tribeca.  Dunne says it makes it easier for him, as a filmmaker, to attend and enter his films into the festival because New York is his home.  \u003cbr/\u003eWhile New York is home to many working actors, some well-known names travelled from far to enjoy the festivities.  \u003cbr/\u003eActress Kelly Lynch ('The Jacket') lives in Los Angeles, but said she had to come to New York to support the festival.  \u003cbr/\u003eMovies showing at this year's event include 'Slippin' - Ten Years with the Bloods,' romantic drama 'Four Lane Highway,' comedy 'Life on the Ledge' and basketball drama 'Rock the
