They are used to hiding, hidden everything, and then they start to express themselves. Japanese women looking for new ways to keep fit and at the same time have fun.\u003cbr/\u003eNow new clubs are springing up with students eager to learn the techniques.\u003cbr/\u003eLu Nagata is a dance instructor who is trying to meet the growing demand for pole dancing classes.\u003cbr/\u003eOne thing is for sure, it's not as easy as Lu makes it looks. \u003cbr/\u003eYuki, a student at one of
