a photograph of the semen-stained dress and details of gifts exchanged between the two.\u003cbr/\u003eThe videotape of Clinton's testimony began playing unedited on television sets across America and overseas shortly before 1330 GMT (9:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time)\u003cbr/\u003eAll four U-S broadcast networks and a variety of cable news stations in the United States broke into regular programming and aired the entire four hours and three minutes of video testimony.\u003cbr/\u003eAt various times warnings about the graphic nature of the testimony appeared on screen.\u003cbr/\u003eThe tape showed Clinton as sometimes angry at prosecutors' questions and other times expressing bitterness at how the Paula Jones lawsuit precipitated Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's criminal investigation of the Lewinsky matter.\u003cbr/\u003eThe President testified in the White House Map Room under bright lights.\u003cbr/\u003eReporters gathered outside of the Capitol watched the opening minutes on small television monitors.\u003cbr/\u003eThe material released on Monday provide one side of the story: the material that Starr said supports his case for 11 possibly impeachable offenses against the President. \u003cbr/\u003eThe House of Representatives is not in session so few lawmakers were on hand at the Capitol to react.\u003cbr/\u003eAcross Washington, at American University, a large group of students watched the President answer questions from Kenneth Starr's legal team.\u003cbr/\u003eStudents had mixed reactions to the televised testimony.\u003cbr/\u003eSOUNDBITE (English):\u003cbr/\u003e\\\"I thought there was going to be like.. more like... more dirty stuff that you would be able to hear and it'd be like - funny, you know, a good laugh at least.
