The day of judgement plastered over its sides.\u003cbr/\u003eIts owner, the evangelist Tony Dellomo, is in town for an end of the world convention.\u003cbr/\u003eThe 63 year old says: \"For what we read in the Bible, there's going to be 200-million people saved, that's Revelations 9.\"\u003cbr/\u003eDellomo arrives at the Holiday Inn in Claymont, Delaware an unlikely venue for Doomsday.\u003cbr/\u003eHere a crowd of 300 evangelists pack into the convention centre to preach the message of rapture arriving on May 21, 2011.\u003cbr/\u003eFor those in the room, Doomsday is real and impending. Many have travelled many thousands of miles to attend, like 31-year-old graphic designer Victor Diaz. He's driven from Orlando Florida with his wife and children.\u003cbr/\u003eHe explains why it was important for him to attend with his family.\u003cbr/\u003e\"We're at a point where we are so certain that this will happen we are ready to travel 18 hours, leave our jobs, we know,\" he says.\u003cbr/\u003eJeff Hopkins has come from from Islip, New York.\u003cbr/\u003eHe says: \"In 2011, something they've heard could happen all their lives that it could happen in our lifetime, it's bewildering I know, it's unfathomable, but it is.\" \u003cbr/\u003eHusband and wife Vicki and David Krahnke say they are ready for the day of rapture.\u003cbr/\u003e\"We're children of God, we long to be with him, this world has nothing for us. It's sin-infested, just pick up the newspaper,\" says Vicki Krahnke.\u003cbr/\u003eHigh school teacher and believer, Sandy Kline, is emotional. She is upset her own teenage daughters wont grow up to have children of their own.\u003cbr/\u003eKline says: \"It's like you have no control over anything. It's all in the Lord's hands and then he gives you this beautiful gift. Those would be my only regrets that they, but they're fine with it.\"\u003cbr/\u003eBut what makes them so sure of the specific date May 21? Well, there's method. According to the believers the date falls exactly 7,000 years since the flood in the Old Testament story of Noah's Ark.\u003cbr/\u003eThe group believes on May 21 those who have been chosen to be \"saved\" will ascend to heaven leaving the rest behind to face apocalypse.\u003cbr/\u003eAround 200 million people will be saved - the group believes - and the rest will be consumed by a fireball on October 21, 2011.\u003cbr/\u003eMost of what the convention believes has come from this man, the Doomsday preacher and broadcaster Harold Camping.\u003cbr/\u003eSince the 1950s he has preached his message over radio, television and now the Internet from his studio in Oakland, California.\u003cbr/\u003eThe 89-year-old former civil engineer turned preacher says: \"We don't rule over them at all, we're not a cult or anything like that.\" \u003cbr/\u003eHe explains: \"I looked at all the scientific data I could find, like carbon 14 dating, or potassium argon dating, or three rings dating, or the sediments in the ocean what that would tell, and so on.\"\u003cbr/\u003eCamping refuses to even entertain the idea he might be wrong about the date of destruction.\u003cbr/\u003e\"There is just no reason in the world, no possibility, that it will not happen. God has given so much information, so many signs and so much proof,\" he says.\u003cbr/\u003eBut he has form. Camping last predicted the world would end in 1994 - clearly he missed the mark on this one but he refuses to be discouraged, saying he always put a question mark at the end of this prediction.\u003cbr/\u003eHe says: \"I'm not embarrassed about it. It was premature because I had not finished the work.\"\u003cbr/\u003eFor those at the convention in Claymont, who passionately believe the old man's message, there's little
