help boost \"potential growth\" in the country.\u003cbr/\u003eSpeaking in Bogota, she said that talks underway with the FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) will provide \"more certainty\" and \"more security\" in the future.\u003cbr/\u003e\"Those two components... are generally fuelling growth in any economy,\" she told reporters at a news conference. \u003cbr/\u003eThe talks between the 9-thousand-strong FARC and the Colombian government are being held in the Cuban capital Havana. \u003cbr/\u003eLeftist rebels have been fighting the government since the 1960s. \u003cbr/\u003eIn recent decades the FARC has increasingly turned to kidnapping and taxing drug traffickers who operate in its areas of control to finance its struggle.\u003cbr/\u003eCuba has facilitated the peace process, aimed at ending a half century of conflict by hosting seven months of secret preliminary talks that began earlier this year. \u003cbr/\u003eThe negotiations shifted to Cuba on 19 November, a
