and the local organising committee for the London 2012 Olympics on Tuesday.\u003cbr/\u003eSpeaking during the IOC's executive board meeting in the London, Rogge said he would not be \"dragged into emotional observations\" and that it was a \"purely legal issue\".\u003cbr/\u003eA dispute has arisen between the local organising committee (LOCOG) and the British Olympic Association over the split of any profits from the London Games.\u003cbr/\u003eBOA want their contracted 20 percent share to be awarded before the loss-making Paralympics - a proposal that the IOC and LOCOG resist.\u003cbr/\u003eThe decision is now in the hands of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) - and Rogge is refusing to get involved any further. \u003cbr/\u003eDenis Oswald, who is the head of the IOC's co-ordination commission for the 2012 Games, said the dispute was not affecting the organisations' working relationship.\u003cbr/\u003eThe latest IOC Executive Board meeting will conclude on Wednesday, with the sports programme for the Sochi 2014 Winter Games one of the lead items on their agenda. \u003cbr/\u003eRogge said the IOC had just \"finalised a survey\" of safety issues in winter sports following the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.\u003cbr/\u003eHe said the IOC intervenes when necessary to introduce additional safety measures. \u003cbr/\u003eLast year, the IOC ordered that a
