\u003cbr/\u003eInitially a bench warrant for her arrest was issued, but Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Evelyn Laporte took back the warrant after Campbell's attorney explained why she couldn't attend.\u003cbr/\u003eDefence Attorney David Breitbart said the prosecutor were informed that Campbell was going to be absent and agreed not to seek her arrest. \u003cbr/\u003eBreitbart spoke to the Associated Press after the hearing but wouldn't say why Campbell was not in court.\u003cbr/\u003e\"I'm not at liberty to tell you why she couldn't be here\" Breitbart said, adding  \"I can just assure you that she couldn't be here or else she would have and that was obviously understood by the district attorney and it was understood by the judge.\"\u003cbr/\u003eThe case was adjourned until November 15th.  \u003cbr/\u003eBreitbart said the judge had indicated that if Campbell was not in court on November 15 \"he will issue a warrant and order that it be supermodel was arrested on March 31 for allegedly throwing a mobile phone at one of her employees in a dispute over a missing pair of jeans.\u003cbr/\u003eCampbell has called the charges \"completely untrue.\" \u003cbr/\u003eThe housekeeper, Ana Scolavino, was treated for an injury to the back of her head after the incident.\u003cbr/\u003eOutside the criminal courthouse on Wednesday, Breitbart
