Secondly I think that yes, I don't have to hide it - I think it would be important for the United States to give transitional support to the government - but for the sake of helping this government survive.  Because the alternative is too ghastly to contemplate.  If this government were to collapse because it has failed to raise sufficient resources the danger is that ... what is there to replace it?
