yellow-fin tuna and a 100-kilogram swordfish from Okinawa were cut by chefs and distributed to guests.\u003cbr/\u003eJapanese restaurants in Hong Kong were hard hit due to fears of radiation-contaminated foods imported from Japan after the tsunami that was set off by the earthquake hit the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant and triggered radiation leaks in March.\u003cbr/\u003eLo Man-kin, general manager of a local Japanese restaurant, said that their business fell about twenty to thirty percent after the March 11 earthquake struck Japan.\u003cbr/\u003eTravel tours to Japan also dropped dramatically after the earthquake. \u003cbr/\u003eSimon Ma Sai-man, assistant manager of Wing On Travel, said all of their enrolled Japanese tours in March and April were cancelled after the
