(Kaelin then pounds the top of witness stand three times.)\u003cbr/\u003eMarcia Clark:  \"Where did that noise seem to be coming from?\"\u003cbr/\u003e\"Kato\" Kaelin:  \"From the back of the wall\" \u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Brian \"Kato\" Kaelin, Witness (Prosecutor Marcia Clark questioning)]\u003cbr/\u003eKaelin described in detail the layout of the Simpson estate and pointed out back entrances into the house.\u003cbr/\u003eHe also testified about conversations he had with O-J Simpson on the day of the murders.  \u003cbr/\u003eKaelin said Simpson was annoyed with his former wife because she did not give him time to talk to his daughter, Sydney, following a school dance recital.\u003cbr/\u003eKaelin: \"Well, he wanted to talk to Sydney - and I don't think it was the wording - but, Nicole wasn't going to give him time to talk to Sydney.  And, he wanted to talk to his daughter.  And I think they went off somewhere.\"\u003cbr/\u003eClark:  \"Who went off somewhere?\"\u003cbr/\u003eKaelin:  \"Nicole and the kids.\"\u003cbr/\u003eSUPER CAPTION: Brian \"Kato\" Kaelin, Witness (Prosecutor Marcia Clark questioning)\u003cbr/\u003eKaelin's testimony is important because he claims to have seen O-J Simpson at 9-40 P-M and again at about 11 P-M when Simpson left in a limousine for the airport.\u003cbr/\u003eProsecutors contend that during this time Simpson went to his ex-wife's condominium, committed the murder, returned home and dropped a bloody glove behind Kaelin's room. \u003cbr/\u003eThe defence hoped that Kaelin would verify that Simpson was in his own house at the time of the murders: \u003cbr/\u003e\"That they mentioned a time.  The time was about 9:40 that I had seen him.
