Who has the sophisticated means of delivering any place any time in the whole world? Who watched and helped other countries develop nuclear weapons? Israel's nuclear arsenal. If you don't want them let's ban them all together, that's what the people on this planet should demand. No nuclear weapons by anybody, no weapons of mass destruction for anybody. But the idea that you can attack a country like Iraq or any country because it is trying to develop something like that, which is false in the first place, is absolutely absurd. Clark walking towards camera\u003cbr/\u003eFormer US Attorney General, Ramsey Clark has launched a strong rebuke against proposals by President George W. Bush to attack Iraq. \u003cbr/\u003eClark, who has been holding talks in Baghdad with senior Iraqi government officials, made a personal appeal to President Bush not attack Iraq saying it would be against both United States and international law. \u003cbr/\u003eClark also said he believed there was no direct connection between the Iraqi government and Al Qaida, the terrorist organisation blamed for the September 11 attacks on New York's World Trade Centre and the Pentagon in Washington.\u003cbr/\u003eClark called President Bush's claim of a threat of attack by weapons of mass destruction, a complete fraud.\u003cbr/\u003eDuring Clark's visit he held talks with Iraq's deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz. Clark will visit northern Iraq as well as children's hospitals.    \u003cbr/\u003eClark was attorney general under former US President Lyndon Johnson from 1967 to 1969. Clark, a renowned peace campaigner, is founder and chairperson of the International Action Center, the largest antiwar movement in the United States. After the Gulf War Clark initiated a war crimes tribunal, which tried and found guilty President George Bush and Generals Colin Powell and Norman Schwarzkopf, among
