(Dec. 3)\u003cbr/\u003e [Notes:ANCHOR VOICE]  \u003cbr/\u003e (Newark, NJ) \u003cbr/\u003eOne young man's tragic murder saves the life of another. \u003cbr/\u003e25-year old Dennis John died last week while trying to save a woman from a deranged shooter in a New Jersey church. \u003cbr/\u003eHis Aunt says that's just the way he was. \u003cbr/\u003e(Suja Alummoottil, Donor's Aunt) \u003cbr/\u003e \"He always wanted to help whenever we needed anything we always called him, Dennis where are you, we need help, and that's what he did on that day.\" \u003cbr/\u003eAs part of his giving nature, John was an organ donor, too, and now his lungs are breathing new life into 21-year old John Muscarella thanks to a transplant. \u003cbr/\u003e(John Muscarella, Transplant Patient) \u003cbr/\u003e\"It makes me feel great, makes me proud to have his lung, and wanting to be a guy just like him.\" \u003cbr/\u003eMuscarella had cystic fibrosis, a lung wasting disease, and doctors at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center say it was a life saving organ donation. \u003cbr/\u003e(Sean Studer, Doctor) \u003cbr/\u003e\"Certainly his prognosis within the next one to two years without transplant was quite pessimistic.\" \u003cbr/\u003eThe patient says he's doing well. \u003cbr/\u003e\"Couldn't really walk around without being out of breath, and using oxygen, but now walking around is a breeze, I can do 30 laps with no problem, without getting out of breath, it's a dream come true.\" \u003cbr/\u003eOne thing the two young men didn't have in common: Muscarella is a big Jets fan, while John was a big Giants fan. \u003cbr/\u003eBut John's aunt sees lots of similarities. \u003cbr/\u003e\"I think they both look a little bit alike too, the body structure, the skinny face, the glasses, that's exactly how Dennis looked.\" \u003cbr/\u003eShe read her nephew's Facebook motto to the young man who now breathes with his lungs.  \u003cbr/\u003e\"I do what I believe in, even if what I believe in keeps me from breathing. \u003cbr/\u003eEighteen people a day die in the United States waiting for organ transplants. \u003cbr/\u003eBesides his lungs, Muscarella donated his heart, liver, pancreas and kidney.
