an upcoming high-level bilateral meeting. \u003cbr/\u003eRelations between Pakistan and India have witnessed ups and down since the 2008 attacks in the Indian city of Mumbai.\u003cbr/\u003eNew Delhi has blamed Pakistan-based militants for orchestrating the attacks. \u003cbr/\u003ePakistan has denied involvement, but has captured some suspects for links with the attackers who killed 166
